A recruitment-focused WordPress website for Kayzin Recruitment, built to support the company's UAE and MENA expansion with a filterable live jobs board, individual role pages, CV submission flow and a clear platform for clients and candidates.

Context

Kayzin Recruitment is a recruitment partner serving the UAE and wider MENA region, building on more than 15 years of UK recruitment experience through its sister company, which has grown to more than 100 employees across London, Manchester and Glasgow.

The business entered the UAE market with a strong recruitment background, Fast 50 recognition in the UK, and a broad generalist offer covering sectors such as client services, education, executive hires, finance, human resources, marketing, retail, technology and hospitality.

Kayzin needed a website that could do more than introduce the company. It needed to position the brand clearly in a new regional market, speak to both employers and candidates, and provide a practical way to publish and manage live vacancies.

Challenge

The main challenge was to create a website that served two different audiences without becoming cluttered or vague.

For employers, the site needed to communicate credibility, sector coverage, regional capability and the value of a recruitment partner with both MENA presence and international reach.

For candidates, the site needed to make opportunities easy to browse, filter and apply for, with clear job role pages that could hold detailed vacancy information, responsibilities, requirements, technical exposure, location, salary details and CV submission fields.

The website also needed to avoid feeling like a static brochure. Recruitment is active by nature, so the platform had to support changing roles, new vacancies, candidate enquiries, CV uploads, insights content and ongoing business development.

Standish Services built a WordPress website for Kayzin Recruitment that combines brand positioning, candidate engagement and live role functionality within one structured platform.

The website presents Kayzin as a trusted recruitment partner in the MENA region while also explaining the company's UK track record, international network, sector coverage and tailored recruitment approach.

A key part of the project was the live jobs area, including a filterable job board and individual role pages for active vacancies. This allows candidates to browse opportunities by job title and location, view detailed role information, and move directly into an application or CV submission journey.

The site was also structured around important recruitment trust signals, including sector expertise, global talent access, flexible payment options, 72-hour shortlist messaging, dedicated account management, executive search capability, team profiles, insights content and company brochure capture.

Kayzin Recruitment gained a more complete digital platform for launching and growing its UAE and MENA recruitment presence.

The finished website gives employers a clear view of Kayzin's recruitment offer, sector coverage and international credibility, while giving candidates a practical way to explore live roles and submit their CVs.
