Liquid Retail supplied designed Pantene Arabia campaign layouts that needed to be converted into functional HTML email mailers.

The campaign included both English and Arabic versions, each built around Pantene Hair Science messaging, product promotion, Amazon.ae shopping links, Pantene Arabia destination links and social media touchpoints.

The requirement was not to create a standard web page. The finished assets needed to work as email templates that could be sent to customers and viewed inside real email clients.

Standish Services converted the supplied campaign visuals into structured HTML mailers, with organised image assets, inline styling and clickable links prepared for review, approval and campaign use.

HTML email development is more restrictive than standard website development.

A normal web page can rely on modern CSS, external stylesheets, flexible layouts and browser rendering. Email clients are less predictable. Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail and other inboxes each apply different rules to HTML, CSS, spacing, image rendering and clickable areas.

The challenge was to convert the supplied Pantene campaign designs into email-safe HTML while preserving the visual structure of both the English and Arabic versions.

The bilingual nature of the work added another layer of care. The English and Arabic layouts needed to feel like part of the same campaign system while still respecting the visual and directional requirements of each language version.

Each mailer also needed clickable areas for key customer actions, including Amazon.ae shopping links, Pantene Arabia website links, social media channels and unsubscribe handling.

Standish Services converted the supplied Pantene campaign visuals into individual HTML email mailers, each supported by its own image assets and structured HTML file.

The templates were built using email-conscious HTML techniques, including table-based layout sections, inline CSS, fixed-width image handling and simplified markup for better inbox reliability.

Each mailer was assembled to preserve the supplied creative direction while working within the technical limitations of email clients. The layouts supported product promotion, discount messaging, campaign navigation, Amazon product links, Pantene Arabia links, social links and footer compliance elements.

Clickable links were added to the required campaign areas, including Amazon.ae product and store destinations, Pantene Arabia website pages, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and unsubscribe actions.

The final files were prepared for local preview, review and handover, giving Liquid Retail functional email-ready assets rather than static campaign visuals.
